Hi Mary: Don’t know if you are back yet from your trip. Just wanted to update you on Maggie. The ear oil has worked miracles. I have only used the wash a few times as her ears were so red and sore inside, she had actually scratched them until they were bleeding in places. They look real good now although they still have a smell. I am going to continue to use the oil several times a week for a while. As for the rest of her, her feet and lower legs are a little better. I have been soaking her feet and lower legs in the soap-water mixture, then following with the tea and finally the calendula cream. If I do it every other day I see improvement.

I have been told she is damaged and probably will not get better. Your soap, tea and calendula has helped more with the physical problems than anything else. We just have to live with the mentals and know her limits.

Hi Mary, just wanted to say thanks for the order and the shipping on the soap. I love your products. I wanted to let you know that I have been using the no see um soap and between that and the bug spray, it really works. The other night I didn't have the spray on and I got some mosquito bites. I sprayed them with the bug spray when I came in and it relieved the itch. By the next day, they were almost gone. It seemed to neutralize them. Just wanted to let you know. You shipped the dog ear wash to my aunt in Utica NY. She has used it faithfully. Whe she took Alex, her Cocker Spaniel to the Vet, the vet commented on how great his ears looked and no longer suggested surgery to prevent hearing loss. Thanks for a great product. Lorrayne
